REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

We at Official Mushroom Home guarantee the caliber of our goods and want our clients to be completely happy with their purchases. Please read our refund policy below if you’re not entirely happy with your mushroom.

Return Eligibility: The following requirements must be fulfilled in order to be eligible for a return and refund:

a. The item or items must be in their original packaging, unused, and unopened.

a. After receiving your order, you have 14 days to submit the return request.

Please be aware that products that have been opened or partially consumed cannot be returned.

Procedure for Returns:
Please take these actions to start a return:

a. Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and any pertinent images (if any) to our customer support team at sales@officialmushroomhome.com

b. After considering your request, our customer support staff will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guidelines for returning the item or items.

c. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and carefully package the item or items, including a copy of your original order confirmation or invoice.

d. Return the item or items to us using trackable shipping. Please be aware that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.

Refunds: Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your returned item or items and verify that they satisfy the requirements for returns. After receiving and examining the returned item or items, refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please be aware that consumers are liable for any return shipping expenses and that shipping fees are not refundable.

Exchanges: Within seven days of receiving your item, please email sales@officialmushroomhome.com to contact our customer support staff if you received a damaged or defective product. At no extra expense to you, we will collaborate with you to replace the damaged or defective item or items.

Exceptions: Please be aware that the following circumstances are not covered by our refund policy:

a. Normal wear and tear b. Product misuse, bad handling, or inappropriate storage c. Items bought from unapproved resellers
